Les and Larry Elgart - au Go-Go

Part of the appeal of record crate digging is finding items like this.

Les and Larry Elgart were the new guys coming up in the band era and would have continued in that vein. But the big bands were on the way out! Too expensive and changing tastes. So in the late 60's LP's like this and "The Sound of the Times" was an attempt to freshen the music up?

Heard the Elgart's on some classic swing programs. But not these "later" LP's.  Thunder Shake is practically a go-go anthem.  1965 according to Diskdogs. and Nancy Sinatra's "These Boots Are Made For Walkin'" was released on February 22, 1966 (wiki).
